• Contact Information • Using Your Shopping Cart • Placing an Order • Receiving Your Books • International Orders Contact Information Email: s-e-r-v-i-c-e@iqproblems.com Using Your Shopping Cart To add a product to your shopping cart, click the "Add to Cart" button located in the top right area of the item page for the product (You can always remove the item from your cart before you check out). When you click the "Add to Cart" button, a separate shopping cart window opens up that displays your item. To continue shopping, place the IQ Problems window in the foreground, or just close the shopping cart window. If you close the shopping cart window, the current cart content will not be lost. To remove an item from your cart, check the "Remove" checkbox for the item, and click the "Update Cart" button. To change the quantity of an item in your shopping cart, edit the number in the "Quantity" box for the item, and click the "Update Cart" button. To view what is currently in your cart, click the "View Cart" icon displayed at the top right of our pages. Placing an Order       
To place an order for the items in your shopping cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the shopping cart window. Your order is processed by PayPal, our secure Payment Processor. When you click the "Secure Checkout" button in the shopping cart window, PayPal will take you through a few simple steps to place your order. We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay for your purchase via your own free PayPal account (which you can set up in a few minutes at the PayPal site). At this time, we do not accept checks or money orders. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from PayPal that details your order, and serves as a receipt for your purchase. Please retain your purchase receipt for future reference. Receiving Your Books Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an email with instructions for how to download the books in your order from our web site. This email is sent to the same email address that your PayPal order confirmation is sent to. The email contains the URL for the download page, as well as the User ID and Password for accessing it. The books are in the form of Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) files. When you have downloaded the PDF files to your computer, you can read (and print) them with the free Adobe Reader.
